Turkey’s Wire and Cable Market Outlook Report
10,019€
- TRY: 365,000 ₺
In terms of applications, wires and cables can be categorized as electrical, telecom, and winding wire. Electrical wires and cables include all electrical conductors in the power industry (both HV and LV), automotive, construction, equipment and machinery, or in other words, all industrial applications. Telecom wires and cables include twisted pairs, high-frequency cables, coaxial cables, optical fiber, and a combination of copper and optical fiber. Winding wire has a thin coating and is mostly used in coil windings.

Turkey’s Coal Coke Market Outlook Report
10,019€
- TRY: 365,000 ₺
Coke is one of the important consumables in the production of steel using blast furnaces; on average, about 600 kg of coke is required to produce one tonne of crude steel. In addition to providing thermal energy for melting in blast furnaces, coke also releases reducing agents (gases) to reduce iron oxide, facilitating the production of iron and steel. The main part of coke is used in blast furnaces to produce steel, but it is also used in other non-metal industries sush as sugar industries and power plants.

Turkey’s Copper Wire Rod Market Outlook Report
10,019€
- TRY: 365,000 ₺
Copper wire rod includes products with diameters of 6mm or greater (known as rod) and smaller than 6mm (known as wire). It includes the following types (in all cross sections):
- Electrolytic cathode wire rod (ASTM B49 standard)
- Oxygen-free wire rod (ASTM B49 standard)
- Oxygen-free alloy wire rod (EN1977)
The first two types of wire rod have a minimum copper content of 99.99%. Alloy wire rod contains trace amounts (less than 0.1%) of silver with a total copper-silver content of 99.99%.
It should be noted that clean, high-grade scrap is used as part of the furnace feed in the production of copper wire rod, but this depends on production technology. Wire rod produced from scrap usually requires control and further processing to be converted into standard products for electrical applications. Thus, wire rod from scrap is partly used in non-electrical applications.

Turkey’s Steel Cold-Formed Sections Market Outlook Report
10,019€
- TRY: 365,000 ₺
Steel cold-formed sections (CFS) are produced in various shapes with wide applications in different industries. The construction industry is the largest consumer of CFS in columns, frames, doors and windows, fences, and railings. Steel CFS is produced in two forms: open-seam and welded sections with various industrial and constructional applications. A major portion of CFS is used in manufacturing doors and windows. CFS with small square and rectangular cross sections is used as grill for doors and windows, railings for staircases, and fences. Open CFS sections are used in the ceilings of industrial sheds and guardrails. Estimates suggest that Turkey’s steel CFS market will decline over the coming years compared to the previous years, even without supply tightness of sheets.

Oman’s Zinc Unwrought Market Outlook Report
10,019€
- TRY: 365,000 ₺
A major part of unwrought zinc is produced from the leaching of oxide ore in sulfuric acid and the electrowinning process. Oman’s demand for unwrought zinc is mostly met through imports, with domestic output taking a small share.

Oman’s Power Wire and Cable Market Outlook Report
10,019€
- TRY: 365,000 ₺
Power wires and cables include all electrical conductors used in the power industry, automotive, construction, equipment and machinery, or put another way, all industrial applications. As one of the early steps in the supply chain of wires and cables with metal conductors, metal wire rod is drawn into wires in different diameters, which are then coated with different insulations based on applications. Wires are also used in wiring harnesses for motor vehicles. Finally, wires (coated or otherwise) are twisted into cables. Copper is the main conductor used in the production of power wires and cables in Oman.

Turkey’s Steel GRC Market Outlook Report
10,019€
- TRY: 365,000 ₺
Produced in different thicknesses, steel galvanized rolled coils (GRC) have a range of applications in industries. GRC can be converted into pre-painted galvanized iron (PPGI) or directly used in various industries. It is also used as raw material to produce pipes and sections. The construction industry is the largest consumer of GRC. Estimates suggest that Turkey’s GRC market will have relative growth and oversupply in the coming years.

Turkey’s Telecom Wire and Cable Market Outlook Report
10,019€
- TRY: 365,000 ₺
Telecom wires and cables include not only those with copper conductors, but also optical fiber as well as a combination of both. Telecom wires and cables are used to send and receive data signals, where speed is particularly important. Thus, the structure of the cables varies depending on their applications in general use and military telecom systems. Copper conductor or optical fiber is used in these cables to transfer data. The layout of the core (whether copper or optical fiber) also affects transfer speed. Coaxial cables have metal conductors and shields that not only reduce electromagnetic noise, but also contribute to data transfer.

Turkey’s Winding Wire Market Outlook Report
10,019€
- TRY: 365,000 ₺
Winding wire is part of the copper products supply chain, in the wire and cable category. Winding wire (usually with an enamel coating) is used in automotive, electronic and electromechanical equipment, home appliances, and lighting. As one of the early steps in the supply chain of wires and cables with metal conductors, metal wire rod is drawn into wires in different diameters, which are then coated with different insulations based on applications. The quality of the conductor and the enamel used in the production of winding wire significantly affects the end product; production technology also affects the quality of winding wire. In older technologies, annealing followed drawing, but in more recent technologies, the two processes are carried out simultaneously, saving time and costs.

Turkey’s Mined Iron Ore Market Outlook Report
10,019€
- TRY: 365,000 ₺
Iron ore from mines generally has a grade below 50%; using it to produce crude steel, although technically possible, incurs high production costs and the economy is annulled due to the low recovery rate. Thus, most steelmakers use iron ore with grades above 60% to economically justify their operations. Iron ore can be divided into magnetite and hematite ore depending on ore type. Mined iron ore is mostly used in steelmaking, with only a small part of lower-quality ore types used in other industries such as cement production.
